What if I have laborers that travel and work in multiple unions?

Who is LaborAid for?
Union contractors, whether you’re signatory to a single union or national-in-scope. If you’re in HR, payroll, accounting, the CFO, or even an owner, if you touch fringe reporting in any way, LaborAid is for you.
What if I have to adjust a past remittance?
No problem. Simply select the remittance you want to adjust and LaborAid calculates the difference owed to all funds impacted by the adjustment. You can submit and pay right away.
Can I export fringe benefit rates out of LaborAid?
Absolutely. As soon as the union sends out new rates, we upload them to our platform for you to use internally. You can download the data and run your own analysis in Excel and prepare for upload into your ERP.
My GC requires compliance letters. Does LaborAid provide them?
We certainly do. After your funds have been paid and the money received by benefit funds, LaborAid autogenerates compliance letters for the benefit funds paid in each respective union local.
What happens when a laborer changes packages in the middle of a month?
LaborAid calculates the fringes owed at both the old package and the new package. If your practice is to always pay your laborers at the higher rate, we accommodate that as well.
